SwSh wins in terms of sheer clothing variety, the Legends games are good as well. The only thing SV does well is the ability to customize your facial features, but ZA lets you do that too.

Absolutely SWSH and ZA. Arceus is fine but a bit too muted for me. SV looks like absolute shit for the reasons >>58549302 stated.
