This is early season, small fry tournaments in a format people are tired of, on a game that's being replaced mid season.
There are some really talented players who are skipping the first 4 months of tournaments and will still try to qualify for worlds.
Regulation F will seemingly be the last regulation for SV which if memories serves is everything is allowed except restricteds.
