So this did turn out to be mostly correct; but there are still many weird mistakes. Most glaringly, Jett was pegged as the user of Mega Clefable when you never fight her; and Vinnie, Jacinthe and Lebanne had the wrong ace/mega listed. Tarragon and Lebanne’s names weren’t given. Ivor is just a “?” for some reason. Gwynn, Griselle, Naveen and Lida don’t exist here. They also said that Grisham was Xerosic when that clearly isn’t the case. (His ace of Mega Zard X isn’t mentioned either)How did they get many details right but also so many wrong or off?
A lot of times leaks don't come from a primary source. Just people passing information around. So a lot of it gets lost like a game of telephone.A good example were the Khu leaks for SV dlc. There were just enough true details in it to make it clear it wasn't made up wholesale, but they were so wildly wrong otherwise that you can tell the information was passed between at least 2-3 other people before reaching the leaker. If you squint, you could even tell which details got warped into the wrong ones.
