Why can't Game Freak make mainline games with the same philosophy as with Legends. Mainline games are meant to be safe, wide-appeal games that don’t disrupt what people expect. Legends are experimental games that try new things which may or may not be folded into the mainline games depending on how well they’re accepted and work.

>>58560566No, the last round of Teraleak reveals last month revealed that's EXACTLY Game Freak's mentality with both flavours of game. Legends games are intended for slightly older players than the paired game releases, allowing them to explore more of the world while the paired new Gens are intended for kids and the casual mass-market and responsible for continuing the series' penetration.But just as an aside, had they WANTED to make the paired games "more like Legends", they wouldn't have BOTHERED making a Legends series and just made the paired gamesin that style in the first place. Unlike you dumb cunts, they're not going to ignore their core demographic. And as the core demo ISN'T the Legends audience in the slightest, they're not changing the games developed for the core demographic to be "more like legends".
