Even if by some miracle Flygon ended up getting one he would be one of those no one would ever put on their team because he’d only have 620 BST and no minmaxed stat spread. A Mega wouldn’t save Flygon at this point. A regional/convergent form would have a better shot.

This design in particular seems a bit elaborate and doesn’t feel like it’d actually work for a creature trying to bite at something, but at least it’s aesthetically pleasing. And for a design that matches the concept I find solid, there’s this. Mega Feraligatr’s whole idea but actually good and functional as a monster-design instead of having its pseudo-jaws flailing about and looking like a toilet half the time and the other half of the time looking like a deformed version of the first-stage with a massive head.
