Lida is shown dancing, practicing dancing, and mentions it very consistently... these aspects of their characters are also important to their backstories, which they bring up as well.

They consider you to be more competent than Taunie, and feel bad for you being the workhorse of Team MZ. Taunie glazes you from the moment you step into Lumiose to the moment you beat her in the 45th match in the Infinite Royale. Every character pictured in OP all are obsessed with the protagonist.

Yes they do. Naveen is mean to you because of your attitude towards Canari, for example. He also calls Urbain/Taunie's cooking an affront to nature or something. Urbain/Taunie teases Naveen by intentionally calling Canari by the wrong name cause they know it gets a rise out of him. Lida often raises a literal eyebrow at what the others are saying. Both make fun of Lida for being gullible. Urbain/Taunie goes against his promise and takes Floette even if you beat them.

I did replay XY, right before Z-A dropped. That's why I'm so confused as to why the XY friends are cited as one note when the Z-A characters are just as bad. Why is it different when Lida raises an eyebrow at whats being said vs when Trevor shows a similar confusion over Shauna wanting to nickname someone she just met, or when Tierno shows skepticism over the Ghost House? Shauna talks about loving puzzles and trainer PR videos, does that mean she's a better character than you're giving her credit for?
