I think the concept makes sense (Totodile has a proportionally bigger head so the mask increases Feraligatr's already-enormous biting power) but the dex entry is definitely poorly written/translated. I'd probably go with something like this>Mega Evolution allowed Feraligatr to exponentially increase its biting power. Coincidentally, the large "jaw mask" makes it resemble a Totodile.
