I think they should rework eggs to go along a non event only Academy. Like you put Tauros in it and you create your own grid (maybe even choose the role so they don't have to create 3 generic grid per pokemon)
Only the eevee evo feels unique enough to have their own grid.
They can release unique Academy Pairs from time to time with better set/higher stats but at least it give you an excuse to play daily more than 5 minutes

Well their role in Blue's arc suit story was kind of nice. That was also this month so maybe that's his consolation prize or their excuse for not giving him a second story. It's also both their consolation prizes for not being in the game during the villain arc. As lazy as the second half of Blue's arc suit story was at least it was a Kanto story that wasn't sucking Red off as usual.

We all have a bunch of academy complaints, but-
>why are so so many stages Fire attackers when you set sun and they want you to use Jasmine as the defender???
>why are the hard stages like Jasmine Part 4 not saved for the end when you have your sun tiles, why can you get it immediately?
>why are a bunch of the recurrent ones like Chantellelelele girls or Rocket Grunts worse than doing main stages?

I'm at almost 400 units (+84 eggmon + 200ish pending eggmons) and I'll never do that 100 streak. Too much of it depends on solo clears that require annoyingly good RNG, like Iono vs Registeel.

Story stages don't cost stamina, if you don't have the gacha units to give you the big boost it's often better to go with them because you get comparable rewards while grinding to try to see Blue, who's all that really matters in that situation

The story stages where its the face of one of the new featured pairs gives the same amount of orbs a fight with all the highest boosters would (2x2x1.5). Like doing a fight that gives 3 orb types with the highest booster would give 140 of each orb, but those story events naturally give you 140 of 3 types.
The vary complaint is legit bullshit and i hate it. The Kukui/Clavell fights should give all orb types along with their TM orb, not a fucking random color
The multistage fights like the Rocket Grunts and Chatliers are worse bullshit because the 2nd and 3rd part of it wont even spawn, completely telling you to go fuck yourself.

There's no real point in using any of the in-training academy pairs as your main attacker. You'd be saving yourself a lot of time sidestepping half of those questions.

As already said, 140 x3 is around the same amount of rewards as any decent trainer fight with good modifiers. Without having to bleed stamina.

Oh man, I was really confused when I started my first run for this Academy season and got all the Kabu missions backwards. Kabu 4, then Kabu 3, then Kabu 2, then Kabu 1. It's so weird that in general Academy gets easier as you go along, but they don't even bother to code in these events to appear in order.

Right now, the best way to get through the Fighting Tower is with 3/5 SSA Cyynthia. But also, that's rolling thousands of gems for a return of hundreds.

Adaman and Irida are Tech, they're relatively easier to grind than most MFs if you focused on them. You'd want to focus on a new unit more than buffing older units, especially ones that wouldn't really help much in most of the game modes if they aren't doing enough at 1/5 to begin with. That's if you really want Cynthia though. Try your luck on the 3k+ticket and if you don't like it, don't fuck with it

You don't need SSA Cynthia at all for Fighting tower. I got through the whole thing with 3/5 Eri, who even makes 30 a breeze for the rest of your team because she has team crit immunity when her circle is up, which means you don't have to gamble with the enemy sync critting you. Drain Punch also heals her back to full every time so she just undoes all damage.
I would say you don't need to roll anymore on anyone, especially with EX MFs potentially next month. We will learn about new update units next week. But if you absolutely want to pull, go for more copies of Adaman and Irida.
