- Forget-me Rock
- Rock-type

>Inflicts a "pacified" volatile status condition that lasts 1-3 turns where the affected pokemon does nothing, it also makes affected wild pokemon easier to catch and reduces evasion by 1 stage.

>Heyday
>Ability: As long as a Pokémon with this ability is at full HP, its stats are multiplied by 1.1
>>
>Frozen Tundra
The user creates a combination terrain and weather that reduces the Defense and Speed of all Pokemon on the field, depending on their weakness to Ice. Pokemon with an Ice weakness have their stats reduced by 50%, while Pokemon that resist Ice moves are unaffected. All others have their stats reduced by 20%. Changing or clearing either the weather or terrain removes Frozen Tundra.

>Spring Into Action - Ability
The turn this Pokemon is sent out it gets +1 priority to all moves.
>Wind Up - Move
Protects the user from all attacks and resets Spring Into Action for next turn. Fails if used in succession.

It's be the signature ability and move of a Fairy type jack-in-the-box objectmon. Base stats like 65/70/90/63/70/127. Give it moves like Taunt, Fake Out, Feint, and other support moves and you now have a Pokemon that can act as an anti-Prankster, anti-Fake Out support. Wind Up would be there to punish Pokemon that Protect in front of it first turn, by giving it a way to basically hold its priority Taunt for the next turn.

Move: Boomerang Bolt (Electric Physical 80BP, hits again for 50BP two turns after use, second hit doesn't stack if one is already queued up)

Item: Analysis Policy (consumable; if user is hit by an attacking move, for the next turn only, they will be unaffected by that move

I want to buff Hitmonchan so I have a few ideas

Abilities
>Round Fighter
The user rests every 4th turn after switching in, taking no action and healing (1/4 HP) instead
>Boxer-Puncher
The user changes stance between Boxer and Puncher depending on the power of the move selected (40 and below for Boxer, 60+ for Puncher, no stance change for moves with 41-59 power)
>Boxer
If the user is in Boxer stance for 2 or more turns, the user's Speed is increased by 50% until it changes stance
>Puncher
If the user is in Puncher stance for 2 or more turns, the user's Attack and Defense are increased by 50% until it changes stance

Movea
>Cross Combo
>Fighting/40BP/75%Acc
Two consecutive punches that each have a chance to hit. If the first lands, the second is a guaranteed crit and may cause the target to flinch.

>Cross Counter
If the user takes Physical damage during this turn, the user raises its Defense then returns double the damage to the source

>Clinch
>85% Accuracy, Priority +1
The user holds the target down to prevent it from attacking or switching out, raising the user's Defense in the process
More likely to fail if used consecutively or after other protection moves

Not my original idea:
>Footwork
Raises the user's Speed and Evasion

Not exclusively for Hitmonchan:
>Gym Rat
2-turn semi-invulnerable move. The user runs off to do their workout routine and comes back stronger, raising Attack and Defense. If the user is a Fighting-type, the first turn gains priority, while the second turn loses priority. First one in, last one out.
>>
>>58644254
>>58644251
don’t compliment yourself
That’s kinda embarrassing don’t you think
>>
>>58644325
most of these ideas are really bad. Cross Combo is really cool though. Could even increase the accuracy to like 95%; 100bp overall isn't overwhelmingly strong, after all.
>>
>>58644368
I'm the one that said "excellent stuff" and I'm not him

>Overpowering Aroma (ability)
Makes it so that all Pokemon on screen (including allies) have lowered accuracy. Smell based attacks like Sweet Scent have no effect.
>Gloom, Vileplume, Garbador, Aromatisse
(If a pokemon uses odor slueth they take 1/8th damage)
>>
>Massive Yield
>If the user uses explosion/self destruct, it deals 1/2 of its power to all other pokemon not in battle, including your own
>>
Here's one from when I was 9 years old
>Waterfall Beam: 400 BP 95 ACC, the user instantly faints on contact
>>
>Neurovenom
Ability
Poison Paralyzes instead
Any move by the user that would normally Poisons its target now Paralyzes it instead. This bypasses immunity checks for both Paralysis and Poison status, but not Poison-type moves. For example, Toxic would Paralyze Poison- and Electric-type Pokemon, but not Steel-type Pokemon.

>>
>Afterburn
>Fire Physical Move
>40 BP
>15 PP
>Hits twice in one turn. One hit occurs with Priority +1 and is a contact move. The second hit occurs with Priority-1 and is not a contact move. Each hit has a 30% chance to burn.
>>
>>58645734
a move executing both before and after the opponent (or I suppose at different phases of a turn) is pretty cool. Technically already happens with stuff like Focus Punch after all. Scrap the double-30% burn chance though it's already great role compression between reliable STAB and priority.

>>58645655
When this pokemon enters the field the player reverts back to 1998

>Old School
Restricts Abilities other than Old School and the use of held items. Steel/Dark/Fairy moves become Normal type.
>>
>>58645655
>>58646553
There's a bunch of ways this type of ability could be implemented
>abilities no longer work
>held items no longer work
>dark/steel/falry moves become normal
>dark/steel/fairy mons lose that typing
>hyper beam/giga impact doesn't recharge on KO
>speed stat influences crit chance(/just increased crit chance to emulate it)
>etc
pretty much any combination of these effects would be really reasonable imo
>>
Cross-Counter
Fighting
Power 70
Hits twice and goes first if the opponent attempts to use the same move twice
>>
>>58640840
Speed boost for physical attack
>>
>>58646634
tweak it a bit but that's an excellent concept for a move. 140bp is too strong by itself though. Make it something like 40bp, hits twice, if your opponent attempts to use the same move it used last turn, +2 prio. That way it's a situational upgrade to espeed/sucker punch but is otherwise just a slightly better brick break. Maybe give it perfect accuracy too, that would probably be appropriate.
>>
>Slippery
If a move CAN miss, it will.
>fire blast will always miss
>but flamethrower won't
>hjk will always miss
>but brick break won't
>hydro pump miss
>surf won't
you could argue for making it only work on contact moves as well but I don't think it's necessary, it would probably be perfectly fine imo
>>
>>58644164
I don't even think it'd be too strong, it'd just be too annoying and hated. Fake Out would already be +4 turn one, meaning you could Fake Out something before it Protected if you outsped it. That niche alone is good enough. In terms of power, this Pokemon should be about Sinischa's level. A strong support, but not ever-present nor meta game defining. Just a solid pick.

>A peculiar stone that makes certain species of Pokémon evolve. It has a brownish-orange color.
>>
>>58646765
This kills the rock type
I think there needs to be some kinda down side for the user. Like maybe they can't hold held items or it increases their chance of missing moves that don't have perfect accuracy. Cuz right now it just makes it so that youre basically immune to a lot of the strongest attacks and status moves.
>>
>>58640840
>Autopilot (Ability)
When confused, each successfully landed hit raises the Pokémon's speed by one stage.
>Guard Lower (Fairy-Type Move)
The opponent is mind tricked by a mysterious force into believing the user to not be a target. Basically, it's Protect/Detect except that it has no priority and can affect the opponent's next turn if the user is slower.
>Bio Capsule (one-time use Item)
"Devolves" a Pokémon while retaining the stat spread of its most current evolution stage. Changed abilities will revert back to original abilities and any moves incompatible with pre-evos will prevent the use of the item.
