Defense: 110 (+30)Speed: 143 (+20)Idea is to make it a bulky support mon/stallbreaker like Crobat was back in the day. Can remove hazards, chip stuff down with Super Fang, and block status moves with Taunt. Wasn't sure about the ability but went with Stakeout in the end since Noivern will naturally force a lot of switches, and it helps give its Hurricane some damage output without having to compromise on its defenses.

It gains special wings that can be held up to shape a seamless dome around it's head (during attacks, relaxed pose when flying), forming a megaphone shape that amplifies sound.

From what I can see, it only knows tail glow in Gen 7. When you transfer it out, it loses it entirely so it might have just gotten it for shilling purposes
