Maybe no. I've got an iPhone and the game is crashing a few times a day. Checking the debug logs it's "outofmemory event," and the frequency's getting worse with each patch. It usually dies when I start a gym fight or a raid, which means my first 'mon just idles while I'm rebooting.

They don't. In max battles, you only care about mons who are tanks/healers or attackers. The former needs a 0.5s attack to be viable (and doesn't use charged attacks), the latter need to have high attack/have a Gmax form and it's only used during the max phase.

Yeah, I remember it took like 3-4 weeks before a Niantic representative said anything in chat. I was lucky enough not to attract unwanted attention from these regulars. It doesn't really matter all that much. I suggest you try to reach rank 20 asap because the rewards there are better (mainly the encounters). If you follow the usual patter of 4 wins, 0 wins, 4 wins, 0 wins, 4 wins, you will end up slowly lowering your elo and not have to necessarily lose just to do so. You should keep these 2 things in mind:
1) Early season rank 20 can be kinda rough because it's filled with either tankers or tryhards (elo 1400-1900, rank 20 master league is fucked rn)

Pretty solid team I think.Probably gets rofl stomped by the actual top tiers eventually, but I have good coverage and flexibility. Gastrodon is a solid lead too I think.

I really hope the fact that this is effectively the first interlude season since they made major changes over 3 years ago is evidence that they're gonna rework the system. Info from Pokemod seems to be implying that they're gonna rework other systems as well (mainly megas), which would be good since the game has felt pretty stale since the biome update (aka the ugly avatar update) a little over 1.5 years ago.

No, you should get mega evolvin. Unless you were planning on using Mega Beedrill in battle, you will just use it for the poison/bug candy, so getting a maxed out mega is a must. Talking about Diancie, we're getting the shiny this upcoming Go Tour, so that's your only chance to get another one. We are very likely also getting a lot of Diancie mega energy from the Masterwork Research, so you could Mega Diancie it every other day or so, so that you don't deplete your mega energy as fast.

florges is a passable fairy attacker if you absolutely have nothing else, but not because of the cday move, and flying type just isn't that useful outside of megafug, so toucannon being one of the best non-legendaries isn't all that compelling

Corviknight gets much worse with steel wing. Its damage is coming from its charged attacks anyway, if they resist ground it's only 1 damage per turn you're losing out on.

I see. I guess if you're gonna have two fast attackers of any type Ground is the one since it hits so much stuff. And 2 of the 3 things that are resistant to Ground are then weak to flying, so Corviknight still has no trouble against them.

I just have no replacement for Gastrodon or Furret right now. Well, a Toucannon or Pawmot, but those just don't measure up.

Because Ultra League is boring and braindead, I don't need any more stardust or rare candy, and a lot of my favorite cup mons are now top-tier this season for some reason, so I wanna take full advantage of them while I can. I also hate most of the top Pokémon in Ultra League this season and would rather fight Azuumers and mirror matches than these types of teams.

GBL - most popular, easiest entry for new players and the highest variety of pokemon you can choose from. Low CP keeps legendaries and mythicals at bay which can lead to swingy one sided battles. It gets the most coverage because the world championships are done in GBL. Any try hard and wanna be who thinks hes got a shot at going to Hawaii for PoGo plays here. Best league for casual games with friends and people looking to take on the world, as theres so mamy options your opps can bring.
UBL - Faster paced battles. Swapping and switching out is more strategic here but it has its own meta you can pick up the patterns of what people use. Battles can be one sided with low level legendaries being introduced. These legendaries feel like they ignore ivs and can make battles feel one sided but popular picks are generally spammed alot so if you run a counter meta team, you can do well. Under rated league imo, lots of fun to play but it took me a while to get used to its pace and play style.
MBL - Feels most like rock paper scissors. Battles play out in 3 defined acts as the 3 pokemon are paired up and played out. These battles I find to be, maybe not predictable but they pan out in an orderly fashion. Most people bring the same 2 with slight changes in their 3rd choice. Wins are blow outs and losses are landslides. These pokemone are ones the trainer has had for years and built up XLs to max out or recent grabs they paid out of pocket to max out by spamming raids. Armoured dogs totally fucked the meta and now every list is Zacian Palkia with some random 3rd choice. Armoured dogs shoukd be Mega Master Ball exclusives. Mega Masterball League is way better than standard MBL.

All I do is get ready for gbl, if I see something with over 90% iv for gbl I save it in case its viable someday, and give it the pvpoke movesets when its time. Some of these have never been relevant but I worked on them before I understood what I was doing, but I can always make a winning team now.

Just out of the range of gazillion CP legendaries, but in the range where bulk doesn't dominante the rankings and where for many mons you prefer hundos over 0/15/15.
