Obviously Calem's proportions are radically different from Brendan, but that's true in both cases, Brendan's giant head isn't just his kid body making it appear bigger proportionally, his head is just fucking massive, if we were to base actual heights on that Brendan should be even shorter than he appears in the top pic.
