Not only does it not have it readily available at the start of the match, making it useless for early switch ins, which is where Magic Bounce is at its most important, but its also a frail offensive mon. It doesn't want to be constantly switching around in the first place. It basically just protects itself from getting T-waved or WoW'd, which is fine but nothing special compared to other Megas. Even if MAbsol Z gets a non ability like Pressure, it's still in a better spot. It would need a hindering ability, otherwise it just replaces the original.

Most physical monsters tend to be Steel-types, and Mega Absol Z can probably just brute force with SD + Ghost Coverage either way
