It gets an update to its ability, splitting it into 3 that each act as a fusion of Forecast and Drought/Drizzle/Snow Warning. You'd still be able to swap weathers by using the move after it comes out. Does this save it or at least make it usable?

To save Castform, you’d need to give it a new Sandstorm form that makes it Ground type. Then you’d need to have Forecast act as an Anti-Weather setter.
If Rain is up when it swaps in, Sun is set. If Snow is up, then Sand is set. Vice versa.
