So? There's tons of non-Ice types that get Ice moves. Zeraora gets both Thunder and Fire Punch, so why not Ice Punch?

Aside from balance there's no reason to not give it Ice Punch......actually after doing some testing on Showdown, it's strong but not meta defining, at least it OHKOs Gliscor and Landorus.
