I tried ordering the second highest tier but then gave up halfway through. Only the top tier is properly ordered.
Some thoughts:
Mega Clefable's wings are really pretty and it was almost a great design, but the stupid curling stone flesh hat ruins it.
Mega Scrafty is a glorified form change that utterly fails at looking stronger than base Scrafty.
It's impressive that they managed to fix Crabominable. It went from being one of the worst pokemon designs to looking pretty good.
Mega Starmie looks stupid but its lore of Starmie becoming more humanlike to communicate with or replace humans is cool and keeps me from truly disliking it. Good idea, bad execution.
Mega Feraligatr on the other hand was a stupid idea from the start. Nobody wanted Mega Totodile.
