How would you rank Mega Dimensions to previous dlc?
>>
>>58753610
>no new mobs and only shitty temporary forms that only exist to shill pokemon champions
dogshit
>>
would be a decent postgame for the game. As a DLC it shouldn't be more than $15 or come with a free second wave later.
>>
>>58753610
I didn’t play SV’s but it’s about the same as SwSh’s. Mustard & Peony were fun characters & the legendary hunting was neat but the actual battles were pretty forgettable. MD has cool fights but the in between to get to them often feels like a slog. The lack of substantial new areas is also a problem. I get to see more of the cast at least.
>>
>>58753610
>by itself
5/10
>compared to past dlc
2/10 fuck this shit

The only thing this dlc has going for it is cunny, feels like cut post-game content and brings so little into the game you are amazed they're even selling it with a straight face rather than giving it away for free. When ti comes to pokemon dlc this ain't it, fuck no
>>
erotic image
>>
>>58753610
It's absolute overpriced dogshit for an equally overpriced dogshit base game! Stop fucking buying their shit and enabling them!
>>
>>58753610
Does Hoopa really not do anything in the dlc besides whoring himself for donuts? Where's Unbound?
>>
fell for it again award
>>
>>58753677
you bought it anyway
>>
the absolute state of the 2 or 3 dianthafags out there knowing she canonically got ejaculated inside
>>
>>58753691
No I didn't. I haven't bought a Pokémon game since SwSh where I only bought base Sword at launch. It was complete shit and I never bought its DLC or anything else since then.
>>
>>58753697
I think they’re more mad that the pedobait version of her is getting more love and attention than she ever did.
>>
>>58753700
>she bought swsh anyway
>she bought lgpe anyway
>she bought sm anyway
>she bought xy anyway
>think she has any right to complain about the state of the franchise
lol
>>
>>58753700
But my strawman :(
>>
>>58753705
I'm a dude, you faggot. Also I have every right to complain about the franchise unlike you slop suckers who think that SV and PLZA are perfectly acceptable.
>>
>>58753610
It's severely lacking. Worst DLC to date, but I like the character interactions. The new Megas are okay too
>>
>>58753610
besides the grinding, it was actually fun to play and shiny hunting in hyperspace is more fun than the base game
>>
>>58753689
Ansha’s Hoopa already had its power sealed by AZ years ago, so when it sees the bottle again it immediately says nah. Another Hoopa shows up in the hyperspace zones sensing the prison bottle, and this one was unbound.
>>
>>58753797
>Ansha’s Hoopa already had its power sealed by AZ years ago, so when it sees the bottle again it immediately says nah
What a buckbroken little bitch
>>
>>58753610
6/10
>>
>>58753797
I know nothing really matters ever since they opened the multiverse box but having multiple of the same Mythical in the same game feels wrong
>>
>>58753859
Why would it feel wrong? Multiples of mythicals have been a thing since Gen 1. The Mew that Blaine and Fuji secured had literally given birth to another Mew, before they mutated it into Mewtwo.
>>
0/10
>>
>>58753859
They actually address this somewhat, as Corbeau says there’s only one Rayquaza, and in another side mission a bunch of Meltan come together to make a Melmetal. Whether or not a Pokémon can be multiples or just one is simply left up to the narrative.
>>
>>58753610
For $30 you get
>12 hour story
>22 new Megas
>83 new side quests
>4 new mini areas
>53 new TMs
>New research tasks from Mable to earn the Shiny Cham
>8 new boss battles
>3000+ new trainer battles
>Updated Infinite Royale
>Boss Rush Mode
>Dodging Survival Mode
>Hyperspace Battle & Wild Zones
>New hairstyles and outfits

In terms of content it’s objectively the most expansive DLC GameFreak have ever made. In terms of gameplay, it’s probably the best DLC GameFreak have ever made.
>>
>>58754189
It's also the nature of legends, oral history, and limited knowledge. There's no central database for info, Corbeau and Lida are just recounting stories they've been told.
>>
>>58753610
lol
lmao even
>>
>>58754209
I’m loving the new side quests, some of them even connect with the ones from the base game
>>
>>58753610
A solid 1/10 to me, I still need to bother and finish the DLC.
>>
I'm at the part you have to grind 70K for Groudon/Kyogre and I know it's 100k for Ray. I don't think I can go on...
>>
>>58753912
Yes but not in the same game it's not like you see mutiple Celebis in GSC or whatever. You just see the one the player catches.
>>
>>58754798
I'm actually having fun grinding the 70K pts while farming berries
it's like killing two fletchlings with one stone
>>
>>58753610
Its fine.

Its not a lot of raw "content", but the way its designed allows it to be repeatable infinitely. You basically have a new grind loop that's separate from the previous one (dimension dive for berries, which berries can be used to do more dimension diving), the likes of which facilitate important resource gathering, Pokemon acquisition, and targetted shiny hunting, so its inherently worthwhile to do. I also appreciate that there's at least a reason to do Rogue Mega battles again, so its re-utilizing existing content smarter.

There's also a substantial amount of returning Pokemon, and a good amount of new Megas.
How you feel about having another grind loop will make or break it for you, though, as there's not much beyond that. I can also completely understand the argument that it should've been in the base game to begin with (though worth noting, PLZA's endgame blows tf out of PLA's, so it was an improvement either way)
>>
>>58753610
For me it goes (best to worst)
>Teal Mask+Indigo Disk
>Mega Dimension
>Isle of Armor+Crown Tundra
>Daybreak if you count that
>>
>>58754887
wtf is daybreak
>>
>>58753610
The worse dlc they've put out yet

The update for Legends Arceus, it wasn't paid DLC but didn't add any Pokemon
>>
>>58754798
Do you idiots genuinely not understand how to play the game? If you’re doing 5 star Hyperspaces, they generate 7000+ points a run. The Mega Rogue rematches also generate 10k per run. Why would it take you longer than 20 minutes to get the 70k needed?
>>
>>58753610
Mega Dimension adds 22 new Megas that’s already more new forms added than literally any other dlc.
>>
>>58754920
Too bad they're M*gas so they don't matter
>>
>>58754912
I know HOW to play the game. But after filling a meter in the base game to access the next rank and then having to do it again 7 more times in the DLC for the rogue fights, it get repetitive and boring. Not to mention "Donut energy" is a really dumb mechanic that relies on RNG and abusing your hard-save to truly make good use of it.
>>
>>58755202
You sound mega retarded. Collecting points in the dlc is even faster than the base game, and if you’re using the correct star donuts on the same star zones there shouldn’t be any reason for a grind or resets or whatever the hell you’re talking about.
>>
>>58754887
I don’t know how people can rank Indigo Disk so high, it ruined everything built up in the main story and forced you to play with other people to get your points to even do anything
>>
>>58753610
holy SHIT Hoopa's rings look like ass. They're not even rings, they're polygons.
You people paid for this shit!??
YOU PEOPLE BOUGHT A WHOLE CONSOLE IN 2025 FOR THIS SHIT???

I expect DLC to provide one hour of content/entertainment for every 10 bucks spent. Pokemon can't even do that.
>>
Unrelated but is it worth buying ZA? I've been thinking about for the past couple of days
>>
>>58757273
if you can, you could try it on emulator
this is just another pokemon game so if you like pokemon, then you're gonna enjoy playing this one too
>>
>>58753610
effortless trash
>>
>>58757273
>buying
no, maybe used for $10 some day if they release a version with DLC included (LOL)
>>
>>58755829
Oh god.....Game Freak are a bunch of incompetent retards
>>
>>58757273
Better to emulate. If the base game was $30 and the DLC free, maybe. It still doesn't excuse the online-only Mega Stones and bringing back trade evolutions.
>>
>>58755829
Hate to break it to you, but everything you see in any game made after the PS1 is polygons.

I bought it last night and yowza I love how they just throw mythicals at you back to back. Magearna even got a Mega.
>>
>>58757720
Gamefreak remembered that most of these mythicals from the pre-Switch era haven't had a distribution in so long that they'll be trapped forever once they finally pull the plug on Bank
>>
>>58757273
I'd emulate it first. That's what I did, and I ended up enjoying it enough that I bought the game on Switch so I could try the multiplayer. This has been the first nu-Pokemon game that I've gotten really into--the battle system is a lot of fun and I hope they do more games with it.
>>
>>58757720
Oh damn where do you find marshadow
