Regardless you should build out a resume with any past work experience and education even if it's unrelated to the job.The application process is a numbers game. Some people send out hundreds or even thousands of applications to get a few interviews. I see people complain after sending out like 20 apps a month and no, you need to treat job hunting like a job itself.

>>58762823Skill issue. Trade every round. You get better IVs in the start of a new set of 7 with more trades. Enemy teams also get better IVs and pokemon as your streak goes.
