We have come to a point where shinies are worthless. Whenever they intentionally try to make "cool" shinies for their shillmons is always generic "lets make them black" or "lets make them white". It's better to at least retain the strangeness and uniqueness of shinies.

Almost every golden yellow effort failed miserably too.Water type shinies often become purple and normal types get awful swamp green details. If you are from Gen 1 up to Gen 4 you also have higher chances to get a majority of shit tier shinies in the dex, even Lucario got a shit tier shiny.
