It’s not just Garchomp
Most defensive Megas and Stealth Rock weak Megas would rather have Boots
Most of the Dragon Megas would rather have Loaded Dice
Most Psuedos would rather hold a regular item.
If you want a good Mega, it now has to focus on Speed and what ability it gets.
