There are 96 Megas. The last four will be Mega Typhlosion, Mega Serperior, Mega Samurott, and Mega Hisuian Samurott.

The most relevant form, Hisuian Samurott (which does absolutely nothing to help the original), is only barely close to the 13 years of dominance that Contrary gave Serperior. They're usually sidegrades at best, but with Serperior, there's a rather big incentive to not immediately trigger it so that you can get +2. The D-Max moves everywhere also makes Contrary a pretty useful ability. It doesn't really get non Grass or Dragon moves (bringing Wring Out back would unironically be an improvement) so it'd be a bit limited, but that means that the effects to it's signature G-Max move might be really cool. I'm sorry for hating on you snake bros.
