This means the Mewtwos are always able to retreat in any encounter they're in to a hideout. Only being 5 of them also makes infiltration a very viable strategy. The question now is, how easily can the Mewtwos make their way to US territory and eliminate all the commanders? How easy would it be to get access to nuclear codes once they do?
