My findings say no, burn having a chance to heal itself every turn makes it far less consistent than a supported poison setup. Ori swinging for 50 each turn with no chance of sleep interruption can bring Mega B from full to either 60 or 10HP by the time it dies to burn damage alone, depending on who swung first. Easily setting it up for death by anything building up on the bench.
That's not even counting if the electric player has any heals or a second Ori waiting in the wings.

What are outs to Mega Blaziken and Mega Venusaur? They hit heavy and leave annoying status. Feels like they're forcing you to either run Oricorio or a Mega/Stage 2 of your own, and even then if you get close and fail, you probably don't have enough energy to finish the job. Even worse if they whip out a Lillie or Erika.

aggro decks dunk on mega venu. hydreigon, whimsicott, mega altaria, mega blaziken, really anything that can just nuke ivysaur off the map turn 4/5 before they can go venu. jolteon has an extremely strong matchup into it as well.
magnezone is also very good into it as it has just enough HP to survive venu's attack and two turns of poison, meaning the venu player needs to invest two attacks per zone while dealing with zone's own coinflips.

150 hp is just enough to avoid being OHKOd by the vast majority of meta decks, it does 90 damage for effectively one (or even ZERO) energy, the basic and middle stage both have direct search cards that give you BOTH COPIES AT ONCE, and unlike old zone it doesn't continually demand more energy so you can just sit behind zone and build up whatever you have on the bench
it would still be playable even if the effect was literally nothing lmao
magnezone isn't going anywhere for a long, long time

i'd suggest mega gyarados pack first, the top meta deck right now is hydreigon/mega absol and both of those are from there, and it also has greninja ex and jolteon ex which are both pretty strong cards as well
mega altaria pack is good too (altaria and its whole ensemble of psychic support cards, indeedee, whimsicott), and obviously crimson blaze as well
blaziken pack is significantly worse than the other three B set packs though
