Unova team would have been better if they evolved them. Krookodile and Leavanny carried their weight enough for that to be true. If they had let Ash evolve Scraggy, Snivy or even Palpitoed it would have been a more memorable team. Not that it would have saved Unova from being a horrible anime but still
