That’s why I don’t revisit any of those games.

They both were awkwardly build like mmo/modern mobile games with dailies and content that you're supposed to play in small spurts through months if not years. This makes them very acquired taste and something way too different from other Pokemon games to be enjoyed by Pokemon fans. But the handful of people that fell in love with it probably has thousands of hours on their saves and is still returning to them. I respect GF for having the balls to make this kind of game.
