Pretty much all my knowledge of the manga is second hand so feel free to correct me, but his mother's house is full of Pokemon he helped hatch, also his talent isn't just hatching Pokemon its raising the Pokemon he hatched and maximizing their potential or something. His influence is so strong that his Topepi became a delinquent to emulate him.
