I had this prepared in response to a "every gen 2 team" thread long ago but it bumped just before I could reply.

This team I did the elite 4 at level 40 except for the gifted extremespeed Dragonite I saved for the ace against Lance. And this is how it went:

I foolishly forgot that he opens with Xatu and had Jumpluff who died almost (?) straight away
Crobat and Feraligatr with Bite did a good number on the team
Magenton dealt with the Slowbro and or second Xatu

>Koga
Jumpluff got to set up really well against Aridaos and set up Leech Seed on Forretress and the high evasion Muk which was huge.
Magneton was used to set up a paralysis too and tanked after Jumpluff set up
I think his team wore down much of my team, Crobat couldn't clean, but then Ursarang cleaned nicely.

Jumpluff beat Hitmontop laughably
Hitmonchan one-shot Jumpluff
I think Crobat and Feraligatr swept here

>Karen
Jumpluff setup on Umbreon, died
Gengar took my Ursarang who cleaned most of this team
Houndoom took out much of my team here
Houndoom was taken out by Crobat after being worn down

>Lance
Opened up with my level 55 extreme speed Dragonite using it for the first time
It punched a hole through Gyarados, Thunder Dragonite, and then lucked out to beat the Blizzard Dragonite.
Up against the level 50 Fire Blast Dragonite, kills my Dragonite
Jumpluff, I set up leech seed, Jumpluff gets knocked out
Send out Magneton, first Fire Blast missed, get a Paralysis, Magneton dies to Fire Blast
Sent out Feraligatr which eats a hyper beam, ice punch to secure the knockout
Aerodactyl survives a surf, flinches Feraligatr with rock slide, hyperbeams it, Feraligatr knocked out
Crobat out speeds Aerodactyl, knocking it out somehow
Crobat against Charizard, Crobat cheeses with flinches for the win.
