Pokemon Nagi and Nami, a pixel top down open world Pokemon game ala Dragon Quest III HD running like pic related, featuring Nami set in Tohoku and unused parts of Chubu for a realm called Thobu, and Nagi set in Shikoku and unused parts of Chugoku and Shikoku for land called Chiko, which each have endgames in Sinnoh and Kanto, or Johto and Hoenn as endgames. You can also take your character over to the other part by transferring the save to a special save of the other game, that has the storyline completed, (a requirement of traded saves) hard mode bosses and some third Pokemon shit, but you have to transfer back to get to the other parts, which creates a Prodigal Save that has an upgraded Battle Frontier, and your region's hard mode gyms, and some evolutions of exclusives that you can only catch on the other save evolve there. Everyone has both copies, let them work together for a big interconnected overworld. (Nami you're fighting natural disasters caused by advancing technology of some new dreaded force and the anger it's bringing to a skeleton fox god, while Nagi has to completing tasks to honor the great Tanuki pokemon and the First Trainer that caught him. You evolve a Slowking by going to 88 points in the game on foot with it in your part, and it ascends into Slowkami.Give Toby Fox something to do with the art direction, he'd whip up magic and be so glad to something other than Deltarune.

Fuecoco was never wrong, he just wasn't part of the Fire 12. And they live on a Volcano Island shaped like the old Imperial Japan Flag from up above, as a symbol of Japan Pokemon Pride.
