>>58809506I'll be honest, I really haven't used Tangela in game even though I like the thing, but it's like that for a lot of Pokemon. Like a lot of anons said, by time you come across it, I personally have my team built or there are other options. But again, even if I don't use it, I still like it.That's why I prefer the TCG over the video game, I think, because I can add this little fucker (or any other normally unused Pokemon) into a casual deck and get some sort of use out of it. A lot of Pokemon's power level scales better in the card game than in the video game or there is more of a reason to use it in some niche.
