I had never loved a pokemon as much up to that point. I taught myself how to emulate ds games for the express purpose of (somehow) ripping an early Japanese rom of pokemon White before the games launched in the states for the sole purpose of picking my bro out of the lineup. I played the entire fucking game in japanese without understanding shit. Truth be told, I'm not even that big of a fan of the gen 5 games. They're ok. But snivy? Sign me up. >>58823332actually nigger it was because of the teambuilding. The story was miles ahead of the other games, but the actual selection of pokemon there were to build out a well rounded team of pokemon I actually liked was lacking compared to prior and future gens. BW2 fixed this mostly though.
