Just look at how many ice types are literally dead/yokai: Glalie, Jynx, Froslass, Abomasnow, Cryogonal, Glastrier, Vanniluxe, Chien Pao>Drill Peck should break screens like Brick Break/Psycho Fangsit drill a hole in a wall
