Yeah, they're nice to watch if you're interested in the characters or stories, the problem is that there's too few of these series, it shows you how good Pokémon stories could have been if anime

Generations and Evolutions episodes are 5 minutes each, so you really can just binge them. Quality is a bit of whiplash, some of them just adapt events from the game and end as soon as they begin, the more interesting ones ironically tend to focus on minor characters. Some of them are comparatively more serious and dramatically framed compared to the weekly TV show, that's nice. Origins is four TV-length episodes, so also a quick watch, but four episodes just isn't quite enough for Kanto. Galar got Twilight Wings and Paldea Paldean Winds, which I haven't watched yet myself. Going back 20+ years Mewtwo Returns is neat if you liked the first movie enough to bother, and Mastermind of the Mirage Pokemon, existed.

They're mixed depending on the series, but better than the TV anime and movies on average. Generations and Evolutions are quite possibly the best Pokémon anime and a must watch for fans of the games.

For OVAs relating to the TV series, they're alright. The Pikachu shorts are cute and the rest are decent enough to be better than your typical episode, but skip the dub of Chronicles and watch it subbed instead.
