Today has been awful.

First I caught a Natu in the Ruins of Alph but when I entered Union Cave, I would go on to lose 3 pokemon to overpowered trainers which pissed me off.

First I lose Slowloke to a Pokemaniacs Kangaskhan using Bite. Then I lose two of my pokemon to a Ace Trainera Polwhirl. First Weepinbell is killed by a Body Slam and then Mareep is surprisingly killed by a Bubble Beam that landed a Crit and it was raining thanks to Poliwhirl using Rain Dance. This sucks as I still remember when Mareep helped out against Falkner.

Afterwards things went whatever. I received a Eevee from Bill in Goldenrod City. I caught a Tauros, then a Tentacool and then a Mantine. Magnemite evolved into Magneton and I'm now at Cianwood City.

Any advice for Chuck?

Here's what happened today.

I received a Shuckle at Cianwood City and I was able to beat the Mystery Man Eusine himself. Magneton paralysed his Drowzee before using Spark followed by a Magnet Bomb to take out Drowzee, Graveler took out Electrode with Magnitude and Noctowl used Confusion on his Haunter after it had already used Curse making things worst for it.

Unfortunately in the Cianwood City gym, I would go on to lose two pokemon against a Blackbelts Hitmonchan. Here's how things went down, I had Noctowl sent out but unfortunately his Hitmonchan nearly took Noctowl out with Thunder Punch and Ice Punch so I switched out to Graveler who used Magnitude but could not finish Hitmonchan off due to getting Magnitude 4 and 5 instead of 9 or 10, Hitmonchan eventually lands a powerful Mach Punch and Graveler is taken out which sucks as he had been my highest defense and helped out against both Bugsy and Whitney. I also had to sacrifice Ratatta who was just a HM slave at that point just to heal Noctowl so Noctowl could stand a chance of finishing Hitmonchan off. Ratatta was killed by a Fire Punch.

After all that, I was still able to beat the gym leader Chuck. First I had Noctowl used Confusion over and over again before Primeape could reach pure evasion by spamming Double Team and eventually Primeape was taken out. Against Poliwrath, Noctowl used Reflect first while taking a hit from Surf, Noctowl however healed by using Pluck to attack Poliwrath and eating its Sitrus Berry, Noctowl had to keep using Confusion because Poliwrath knew Focus Punch which lands whenever your pokemon doesn't attack so we couldn't use Hypnosis and only use Reflect when needed, eventually Poliwrath was taken out.

After that, I headed east and caught a Machop at Mt Mortar and caught a Mankey outside of Mt Mortar before entering Mahogany Town. I'm gonna try and catch the red Gyarados and any advice for Pryce?

No casualties today.

I caught a Girafarig and then a Red Gyarados at the Lake of Rage. While dealing with Team Rocket in there Hideout, I also caught a Voltorb.

Then I took on the gym leader of Mahogany Town Pryce who was somewhat difficult. First he sent out Seel and i had Magneton use Spark but before I could take out Seel, Pryce had Seel returned to Piloswine could come out instead. I had Gyarados take out Piloswine with Surf but it was difficult due to Blizzard nearly killing Gyarados multiple times. Eventually Magneton took out Dewgong with Spark despite its best attempt to heal itself with Rest and Seel was finally finished of by Magnetons Spark too.

After that, I caught a Seel in Whirl Island and tomorrow I will be heading to the Cliffs of Johto and taking on Jasmine. Any advice for Jasmine?

Today has been exhausting.

I caught a Wooper in Cliff Cave and I later also caught a Chinchou and a Diglett.

Afterwards I beat the gym leader of Olivine City Jasmine.

First I sent Ariados against her Magnemite who I had taught Dig. Unfortunately Magnemite used Thunder Wave first to paralyse Ariados which prevented Ariados from using Dig and then a Thunderbolt nearly killed him. So I switched out to Tauros who also nearly got killed by Thunderbolt so I switched out to Magneton instead. Taking out her first Magnemite took forever as it kept using Thunder Wave and Super Sonic on Magneton, I took the time to heal Ariados because luckily enough Magneton was strong enough to take hits and eventually after enough Sparks and using Thunder Wave to give Magnemite a taste of its own medicine, the first Magnemite was taken out. Next Jasmine sent out her second and final Magnemite in which I had Ariados use Dig against and despite another Thunder Wave paralysing Ariados, he managed to land a Dig which took out Magnemite instantly. Finally she sent out her powerful Steelix, I sent out Tentacool to use Surf but Steelix was way to powerful and used a Iron Tail to nearly kill Tentacool, not liking how things where, I decided to quickly heal Tauros but sacrificing Tentacool who was killed by another Iron Tail. Tauros came in to finish off Steelix with Surf and it was eventually over.

After that battle came a long and exhausting moment dealing with Team Rocket and there bullshit at the Radio Tower.

In my battle against Team Rocket Executive Petrel, I lost a team member and I was constantly worried. First Noctowl uses Confusion to kill his first Koffing and then his Weezing which manages to poison Noctowl with Sludge so I send out Mankey against his next Koffing to heal Noctowl but unfortunately despite Mankey best effort, it also gets poisoned by Sludge and taken out by a Tackle. Noctowl comes in and takes out the Koffing with Confusion and proceeds to destroy his next two Koffings with Confusion as well but one Koffing managed to lower Noctowls accuracy with Smokescreen, not wanting to risk it, I had Magnetoncome out and finish off the final Koffing with Spark, when it's accuracy was lowered, I just had Magneton use Lock On before using Spark. This battle made me anxious because his pokemon can Self Destruct at any moment.

While dealing with Team Rocket, Wooper evolved into Quagsire and then I took on the final three remaining Team Rocket Executives. Against Proton, Magneton took out Golbat with Spark and Noctowl took out Weezing with Zen Headbutt. Against Ariana, Noctowl took out Arbok with Zen Headbutt, Magneton took out Murkrow with Spark and Noxtowl took out Vileplume with Fly. And against Archer, Gyarados took out Houndour and Houndoom with Surf while Noctowl took out Koffing with Zen Headbutt.

After all those Team Rocket battles, I have Team Rocket Fatigue but they are finally gone. Any advice for Clair?

Today has been difficult.

I head to Blackthorn City and on the way I catch a Poliwag, a Swinub in Ice Path and then a Gligar.

I then take on the gym leader of Blackthorn City Clair who turns out to be my hardest battle yet and I nearly lost. First I sent out Magneton against her Gyarados who used Spark and managed to paralyse it but her Gyarados did do alot of damage back, Magneton went to finish off Gyarados but she switched out to Dragonair who took the hit and ended up paralysed too. I sent out my own shiny Gyarados who managed to get paralysed by her Dragonairs Thunder Wave which made things difficult but eventually after enough Ice Fangs, Clairs first Dragonair goes down first, next comes her second and final Dragonair and it uses Dragon Pulse and unfortunately lands a hit and my Gyarados is the first casualty of this battle. I send out Noctowl to take down the final Dragonair with Fly and Zen Headbutt but Clair is strong and Noctowl is nearly killed so i send out Quagsire to distract her while i heal Noctowl, Quagsire is killed by a Body Slam from Dragonair. Noctowl returns and eventually finishes off the final Dragonair and then comes her scary Kingdra, because Noctowl took alot of damage the second time it tried to take out her Dragonair, I sent out Tauros while healing Noctowl and unfortunately Tauros was killed by one Hydro Pump. Noctowl stood strong using its two iconic moves and even using Reflect but Clair keeps healing her Kingdra and Kingdra deals alot of damage forcing me to heal multiple times, unfortunately Kingdra uses Dragon Pulse and lands a crit and my strongest pokemon so far Noctowl is killed. Annoyed and scared, I sent out Ariados just so I could heal Magneton, Ariados was taken out by a Dragon Pulse and would become the final casualty but atleast Magneton came out and finished of the Kingdra with Magnet Bomb. Finally Clair sent her Gyarados back out and Magneton killed it with Spark ending the fight but I had lost five pokemon.

It's over, I lost my nuzlocke.

So I take on the five Kimono Girls way too early. Magneton was able to beat Umbreon and Espeon with Magnet Bomb but when Flareon was next, I knew I was gonna be screwed, I sent out Pidgey to use Sand Attack but Pidgey was killed by a Quick Attack, Diglett came out and next to use Dig but was also killed by a Quick Attack and while Seel managed to land a Surf, Florence killed Seel with Last Resort and then out came Magneton, Magneton did managed to use Thunder Wave and Paralyse Flareon but Flareon used Fire Blast and Magneton out instantly.

By this point, I knew it was to late but I decided to continue anyway and use up all the remaining pokemon in my reserves but they would all begin to be killed by the Umbreon as I had to start the battle again. In order, I lost Mantine, Swinub, Voltorb, Girafarig, Paras, Machop, Poliwag, Shuckle, Eevee, Nidoran, Dratini, Chinchou, Gligar, Caterpie, Xatu, Togepi, Hoppip, Abra and finally Koffing. And with that my nuzlocke was over.

I wish i had took more time to grind and became more patient, mabye I could learn how to hack in rare candies, mabye things would have been better if I hadn't lost my starter or pokemon that where valuable at the beginning but there is not much I can do. Tomorrow I'm gonna do Pokemon Emerald next as that game is easier to grind in and doesn't have low level pokemon torwards the end.

I just began my Pokemon Emerald nuzlocke and for the first day, things have gone amazing.

I picked Mudkip as my starter and I caught several pokemon, these pokemon are Poochyena, Wingull, Zigzagoon, Wurmple, Shroomish which was caught in Petalburg Woods, a Nincada and a Whismur caught in Rusturf Cave which only has Whismurs for some reason.

I was able to beat the gym leader of Rustboro City Roxanne very easily. First Wingull one shotted her first Geodude with Water Gun, then Shroomish used Absorb to take out her second Geodude as well as healing itself after the rock pokemon used Rock Tomb, then came her Nosepass, the plan was simple, Shroomish would use Leech Seed, then Stun Spore and the superior Mudkip would come in to take out Nosepass with Mud Slap to lower its accuracy as well as use Water Gun to take it out, this is because Nosepass can become genuinely tough however Nosepass used Block after Shroomish used Leech Seed preventing me from switching out, regardless Shroomish used Stun Spore and after a few Absorbs, I prevailed without losing a pokemon and without the help of my starter which is a shame but oh well.

With that out of the way, anything I should know about the battle against Brawly?

Here's what happened today.

First I went to Dewford Town and I did some fishing catching both a Magikarp and a Tentacool. Then I caught a Makuhita in Granite Cave before taking on the gum leader of Dewford Town Brawly.

The fight with Brawly was tricky.

First I had Wingull take out Machop with Wing Attack though Machop did deal alot of damage with Seismic Toss, Wingull had no issue taking out Meditite with Wing Attack and refusing to allow Meditite to attack with Focus Punch and finally out came Brawlys Makuhita, scared of its Vital Throw, I sacrificed Poochyena just to heal Wingull, Poochyena was killed by a Arm Thrust and finally Wingull came out to use Wing Attack, Makuhita did nearly kill Wingull with Vital Throw but Wingull got lucky and landed a crit killing Makuhita before Makuhita killed him.

After that gym battle, I take the boat to the mainland, I unfortunately lose my low leveled Makuhita to a Tubers Zigzagoon using Headbutt which I was trying to grind him up to be useful later for the Norman battle but Mudkip did evolve into Marshtomp. I also caught a Electrike before making it to Mauville City.

Don't worry about the infamous third rival battle, I've already did it with no issue. Any advice for Wattson?

Here's my progress today.

I caught a Volbeat while grinding for the battle against the gym leader of Mauville City Wattson. The battle against him was way too easy. Marshtomp was able to use Mudshot to take down Voltorb, Electrike, Magneton and Manectric all in one hit.

After the battle with Wattson, I battle against the Winstrate family but I unfortunately lose Electrike to a Taillow while battling the dad of the family, sucks because Electrike doesn't learn an electric move until level 20 which upsets me.

But Wingull evolved into Pelipper and then I caught a Numel and later a Camerupt in Fiery Path.

Tomorrow it's time to face Flannery.

what? no. there are lots of optional rules people add for challenge, but I've never heard of a no grinding clause. the games prior to the exp all would be very difficult to nuzlocke without any grinding at all, because if you lose a Pokemon you need to get a replacement up and running. going into battle with an underleveled Pokemon in a nuzlocke is just stupid and an unnecessary risk. no grinding would mean you basically don't ever get to replace teammates. that's not the point of a nuzlocke.

rare candies are more controversial, some say it's just skipping a time sink, others say there's a risk in grinding and that by avoiding that you're cheating. but it's become pretty common, yeah.

Today has been good and bad.

I caught a Spinda while on my way to Fallarbor Town but in a stupid double battle I didn't want to he apart off, I lost my very own starter Marshtomp to a Ninja Boys Koffing using Self Destruct. Fuck Koffing.

Afterwards I catch a Lotad, witness Shroomish evolve into Breloom, catch a Zubat in Meteor Falls and even catch a Spoink which I named after your mom at Jagged Pass.

The battle against the gym leader of Lavaridge Town Flannery was lucky for me. First Pelipper took out her Numel in one Water Gun and then my own Numel took out her Slugma with two Magnitudes, Pelipper came out again and defeated Camerupt with Water Gun and then used Super Sonic on her defensive Torkoal causing it to attack itself, then to my luck, Pelipper lands one Water Gun and gets a crit and Torkoal is killed instantly.

Honestly I thought I might be screwed without my Water starter but I can carry on. Any advice for Norman who is actually a real threat though?

Today hasn't been so great.

I caught a Baltoy in the desert and I even caught a Trapinch in Mirage Tower while also collecting the Claw Fossil and taking it to the Devon Corporation for restoration.

I then went on to take on the gym leader of Petalburg City Norman but he and his Slaking turned out to be a pain in the ass and I would go on to lose a pokemon.

First I had Breloom take out Spinda in one Mach Punch as it landed a crit, then Breloom used Counter to take out his Vigoroth when it went for a Facade, then I healed Breloom before having Breloom use Counter again when his Linoone used Facade before finishing it off with a Mach Punch and finally Norman sends out his Slaking which is a problem. First I send out Pelipper who uses Protect whenever Slaking goes to attack and while it's loafing around, I take the opportunity to heal Breloom and use Super Sonic which ends up doing nothing, in-between Protects, Pelipper uses Wing Attack which those not much damage and I eventually run out of Protects so while Norman heals Slaking, I then send out Breloom who gets in a Leech Seed before using Counter when Slaking uses Facade doing some damage but Norman heals his Slaking again and Breloom lands a Mach Punch dealing some damage while the Leech Seed drains Slakings HP, unfortunately while I have Breloom use Counter again, Slaking lands a Facade and for stupid reasons, it lands a crit which is stupid and Breloom is killed in one hit despite healing itself with the Leech Seed. Pissed off, Pelipper comes out and finishes Slaking off with Wing Attack along with the Leech Seed draining it and atleast Breloom was able to use its Spore ability to make Slaking go to sleep.

After that battle, I catch a Voltorb in New Mauville but I lose Baltoy to a Experts Hariyama using Vital Throw but I did catch a Taillow later and then I received my Anorith from Rustboro City.

Now I'm gonna focus on the water route.

Today has been awful.

Voltorb evolves into Electrode but while exploring the Abandoned Ship, i lose Taillow to a Sailors Machoke using Revenge after Taillow used Wing Attack. While I did catch a Carvanha and then later a Kecleon, in the jungle, I lost Carvanha because she was to low and was killed by a Bird Keepers Swellow using Quick Attack. I feel like things aren't going so great.

I got tired and stopped as soon as i made it to the Weather Institute. Any advice for Winona?

Today has been great and I got lucky against Winona.

So first I received a Castform at the Weathwr Institute and I later caught a Oddish but I somehow lost Electrode to a Weather Girls Castform that used Weather Ball in the Rain and took down an Electric type. That's fucked up but I did catch a Shuppet to make up for it.

As for the battle against the gym leader of Fortree City Winona, I had a perfect strategy.

First I had Shuppet use Thunderbolt to take out Swablu, Swablu did use Mirror Move which meant Shuppet took some damage but Swablu was defeated, then out came Tropius and I sent out Slugma, Tropius stupidly used Sunny Day making the sunlight strong giving Slugma the perfect chance to take out Tropius with Overheat in one hit as it's fire moves got boosted in the sun, next came Pelipper, I sent out Castform who changed into its fire form and I healed Shuppet while Castform became a sacrifice. Pelipper used Water Gun and Castform took alot of damage, when the sun faded, Castform used Sunny Day to bring back the sun before being killed by her Pelippers Aerial Ace, Shuppet came out next to one shot her Pelipper with Thunderbolt and because it was still sunny, Slugma was able to one shot her Skarmory with a Overheat too. Finally out came her Altaria, if I still had Castform, I would have had it used Hail to boost ice attacks but one Ice Beam from my own Pelipper was enough to kill Altaria in one hit.

And after that, the battle was over and I've beaten one of the hardest gym leaders in Hoenn but I still have Tate and Liza as well as Juan to go who are both hard.

Hello everyone, I'm gonna be away for a while because I'm going to a convention which means for three or four days, there won't be any pokemon nuzlocke updates because I won't be playing for now, I'll probably get back to Emerald soon though. I was gonna play yesterday but it I was busy planning my trip and checking my bank balance and finding a affordable hotel room. I will be bringing my DS to play with on the train rides but I won't be playing Pokemon Emerald because I don't want to lose that game, gonna bring 42 all time classics(clubhouse games) instead because that game is replaceable with another copy and can be bought in CEX for less than 2 quid.

I will be going to a anime and gaming convention and I want to ask a question here. How do I get stepped on by a hot female cosplayer?

I'm trying to get stepped on by a cosplayer so badly. I heard that it happens alot at cons in the US and Japan but not I live in the UK and I do not have the money to support a holiday(vacation) to either of those countries.

The issue is at UK cons tend to be more stricter and worst, the ones I go to is the anime league conventions but they tend to be more family friendly and less big with less room and there never is a hot cosplayer holding up a sign willing to step on people and I'm to nervous to ask cosplayers to step on me myself.

Please help, I am really desperate to have my dream true before I get to old and reach my 30s, I want to do this when I'm young.

Hello everyone, I'm back and unfortunately I lost my Emerald nuzlocke.

First I caught a Wailmer and Oddish evolved into Gloom but things immediately went sour afterwards.

I lost Shuppet to a Psychics Kadabra that used Psybeam and then to make things worst, I lost my strongest pokemon Pelipper to a Psychics Wobuffet using Destiny Bond and Pelipper couldn't escape.

Immediately afterwards, I lose Trapinch to a Psychics Wobuffet using Destiny Bond again. Then I fuck up by losing two pokemon to a Parasol Ladies Castform, first the recently caught Wailmer to a Thunder and my HM bitch Zigzagoon to Solar Beam.

I did catch a Vulpix at Mt Pyre but the final nail in the coffin was against a two Aqua goons in a double battle. Loads was killed when a Wailmer kept using Rollout and I forget Magnitude hurts allies and while taking out a Poochyena, Nutella killed Slugma with Magnitude.

After that battle, I couldn't leave Mt Pyre as the only pokemon I had on my team alive where Gloom, Numel, Kecleon and Zubat and non can learn Surf or Fly. With no way of Mt Pyre and despite having a few survivors, my Emerald nuzlocke ends here.

I have just began my Pokemon Platinum nuzlocke and so far things are good.

I picked Turtwig to be my starter and I caught a Starly, a Bidoof at Lake Verity, a Shinx, a Kricketot, a Zubat in Ravaged Path, a Geodude in Oreburgh Gate and finally a Machop.

The battle against the gym leader of Oreburgh City Roark was easy. I gave Turtwig a Metronome that I took from the Kricketot I caught and then I just had Turtwig spam Razor Leaf to take out Geodude, Onix and Cranidos. The battle was over pretty quickly. Basically a Metronome which is an item I never heard of until now makes attacks more stronger the more the attack is used in a row and so even when Cranidos doesn't have double weakness to grass types like Roarks other pokemon, Cranidos went down in one hit.

My journey in Sinnoh has just begun and it's my favourite pokemon region. I love Sinnoh so much and I'm gonna continue later.

Things are going well.

I caught a Shellos at Valley Windworks and dealt with Team Galactic there. I then caught a Buizel before Eterna Forest.

In Eterna Forest, Starly, Shinx and Turtwig evolved into Staravia, Luxio and Grotle and I caught a Budew in Eterna Forest too.

While grinding, I caught a Meditite and then a Chingling on Mt Coronet though I was hoping for a Nosepass.

Then I beat the gym leader of Eterna City Gardenia who was easy to say the least. I gave Staravia the Metronome and then had Staravia spam Wing Attack and take out Turtwig, Cherrim and Roserade and even Stun Spore did not slow Staravia down.

With that, I haven't lost any pokemon yet and things are looking good. Any advice for Jupiter?

Tonight has been exhausting.

I first catch Ghastly in the Old Chateau and then I take on Team Galactic at the Team Galactic Eterna Building and I was dreading the battle against Commander Jupiter and the battle against her was annoying.

Luxio took out Zubat with no issue using Spark but then out came her annoying fat Skuntank, I sent out Shellos to use Harden but Night Slash was to powerful, I then switched out Shellos and sent out Staravia to lower Skuntanks attack stat with Intimidate, eventually I kept healing and switching Staravia and Shellos in and out trying to lower its stat and while Shellos did use more Mud Bombs to deal damage to Skuntank but one Night Slash landed a crit killing Shellos. Staravia came in and saved the day with Wing Attack but that fight was annoying.

After Team Galactic where dealt with, i caught a Ponyta but then lost my second water type Buizel to a Hikers Onix using Rock Throw which annoyed me. Still I catch a Gible at Wayward Cave and make my way to Hearthome City.

Any advice for Fantina?

This morning has been something.

So first I receive a Eevee from Hearthome City before taking on the gym leader of Hearthome City Fantina and the battle against her was stressful.

First Grotle took out Duskull with Bite and that was no problem, then I had Grotle use Bite on her Mismagius before it used Confuse Ray to confuse Grotleso I switched out to Luxio to use Roar forcing her Haunter out next which is what she should have sent out, of course her Mismagius did alot of damage to Luxio. I sent out Staravia against her Haunter and spammed Double Team boosting evasion until Haunter couldn't hurt Staravia and then healed Luxio before taking out Haunter with Wing Attack, Staravia did also use Wing Attack on her Mismagius before taking some damage from Psybeam so I had Luxii finish off Mismagius with Bite. Trying to think of a strategy for this fight was a pain and alot of time wasted and I was constantly worried but I beat her.

After that I fished a Goldeen that I caught, then I caught a Unown in Solaceon Ruins and finally I caught a Scyther.

I couldn't catch a Duskull because it's not nighttime and I wanted to continue and head to Veilstone City but I will do that next time.

Tonight has been great.

I caught a Duskull in Lost Tower and caught a Marill on my way to Veilstone City.

Then I took on the gym leader of Veilstone City Maylene. First I gave the Metronome to Staravia again and first had Staravia spam Double Team until it's evasion stat was high, then I had Staravia spam Aerial Ace and it took out Meditite, Machoke and Lucario all as they struggled to hit my bird.

Afterwards I did some backtracking to some places where I hadn't caught a pokemon because the only option left was hard to catch pokemon and so I decided to wait until I had the pokeballs to catch them. First I caught a Abra, then an Onix in Oreburgh Mines and of course a Ralts.

Continuing with my journey, I got lucky and caught a Houndour, then Staravia evolved into Staraptor, Houndour evolved into Houndoom and Gible evolved into Gabite. I also caught a Girafarig at the Valor Lakefront before making my way to the Santorini inspired hotel.

Any advice for Crasher Wake?

Here's my update.

I caught a Hippopotas at Ruin Maniac Cave and then I caught a Wingull followed by a Croagunk in the swamp. Luxio evolved into Luxray and then I caught a Pichu in the Trophy Garden behind Mr Backlots Mansion. I also went back to Floaroma Meadows and caught a Male Combee from a honey tree that I'm sure will be useful.

Anyway anymore advice for Crasher Wake?

This nuzlocke has been going to well.

I beat the gym leader of Pastoria City Crasher Wake and it was easier than in the past where I've lost pokemon to him. Luxray used Thunder Fang to take out his Gyarados, Grotle used Razor Leaf to take put his Quagsire and then Luxray took out his scary Floatzel with Thunder Fang. The battle was over and even afterwards Grotle finally evolved into Torterra.

I haven't lost any pokemon aside from my two water types earlier. I wonder if I'm safe?

I caught a Magnemite at Fuego Ironwork and then I caught a Finneon, a Magikarp, a Sudowoodo and a Chatot all before making my way to Canalave City.

That's it, I've caught up to where I should be had I not gone to a con and took four days off.

Today has gone great. But I think things have gone to well.

I beat the gym leader of Canalave City Byron pretty easily. His Magneton used Flash Cannon but failed to kill my Torterra who one shotted it with Earthquake. Then his Steelix set up Sandstorm but my Staraptor killed his Steelix with Close Combat and finally Croagunk used multiple Revenges to slowly defeat his easy to beat slow as fuck Bastiodon that also ran out of Stone Edges.

I was gonna use Gabite and Houndoom in the battle because they have type advantages but I wanted to play it safe and not fuck up and those two are a bit behind in terms of levels. Croagunk did evolve into Toxicroak though and I beat the Commander of Team Galactic Mars at Lake Verity in which Luxray defeated her Golbat with Thunder Fang, Houndoom beat her Bronzor with Fire Fang and Staraptor killed her fat Purugly with Close Combat.

Tomorrow it's the snow route. Any advice for any dangers in the snowy areas I should be aware off?

Today things have gone great and I went to the snowy area.

I caught a Snover, then a Swinub and a Sneasel at the Acuity Lakefront before making my way to Snowpoint City to take on the gym leader Candice and it was tough.

First I had Toxicroak use Revenge after her Sneasel used Aerial Ace, Toxicroak took alot of damage but then took out Sneasel in one hit, unfortunately I couldn't use Toxicroak against Piloswine so I switched to Staraptor who used Close Combat to take it out in one hit, next came Abomasnow which set up a hailstorm, Houndoom took it out with Fire Fang but Abomasnow did get in a Focus Blast dealing alot of damage meaning I had to use Luxray for the final battle against her Frosslass that became more evasive in the Hail due to Snow Cloak as well as using Double Team, Luxray did managed to get some Crunches in but took alot of damage from the constant Blizzards, eventually Frosslass ran out and switched to using Shadow Ball, not wanting to lose a pokemon, I took the opportunity to switch out to Staraptor who is immune to ghost attacks before using one Aerial Ace that can never miss and finish of the evasive Frosslass once and for all.

Tomorrow I'm dealing with Team Galactic. Any advice?

What the fuck, Jasmine's Steelix hits like a god damn truck. I took my Bayleef there at level 30 with 78 HP, and Iron Tail hits me for 50. I think to myself, okay, I'll just use Reflect. The next one will hit for like 25, right? Then I switch to someone else that can kill it.

Today has been good.

I caught a Golduck at Lake Acuity that I didn't want and I was hoping for a female Snorunt so I could use Frosslass. One day I will use her. I might deliberately do a nuzlocke where I can only use cross gen evos in Platinum because there's enough of them and it would be interesting and ensure I use Frosslass.

I then dealt with Team Galactic at the Galactic HQ in Veilstone City. I was able to beat Commander Saturn easily, Luxray used Thunder Fang to take out his Golbat, Houndoom used Fire Fang to take out his Bronzor and Staraptor used Aerial Ace to take out his Toxicroak. Infiltrating there base is fun.

Tomorrow I'm gonna deal with Team Galactic at Mt Coronet. Also seriously I'm gonna need advice for the final Cyrus fight please.

Today has gone great.

I did everything at Mt Coronet, beat all the Team Galactic Grunts and then headed to the Spear Pillar to stop Cyrus until the portal to the Disortion World opens up where I go inside and I beat the boss of Team Galactic Cyrus but the battle was worrying.

First his Houndoom uses Flamethrower on my Torterra who gets burnt and nearly killed, Torterra used Earthquake and manages to take out Houndoom in one hit instantly. Next Cyrus sent out his Weavile, I sent out my Houndoom who got hit with a Fake Out and then an X Scissor, Houndoom did use Fire Fang but that did not kill Weavile, Cyrus then swaps his Weavile for Gyarados and not wanting to lose a pokemon, I switch out to my level 22 Marill who I had been using as a HM slave for Surf, Gyarados uses Waterfall and Marill is sacrificed there and then so that I can send Luxray out and have Luxray go first against his Gyarados which it those using Thunder Fang to kill Gyarados in one hit, then out comes Weavile in which I heal Houndoom straight away while Weavile uses Fake Out, Weavile goes for one more X Scissor before Houndoom finishes off Weavile with Fire Fang. Next comes Honchkrow who's Night Slash was scary and could have killed Luxray but Luxray used Thunder Fang and then Spark and soon Honchkrow was dead, finally was Cyrus's Crobat who's Cross Poison and Air Slash against my Staraptor made things difficult but after a few Aerial Aces and Flys, Staraptor prevailed and Cyrus was defeated.

That battle was nerve wrecking because I was constantly worried about losing a pokemon. Afterwards I catch Giratina, Team Galactic are finished and I leave the Distortion World, I catch a Electabuzz on my way to Sunyshore City and this is where I am now.

Any advice for Volkner?

Today has gone smoothly.

I caught a Tentacruel and then I took on the gym leader of Sunyshore City Volkner. First I had Torterra use Earthquake go take out Jolteon who did use an Iron Tail before it got taken out, then I sent Toxicroak out against his Luxray because his Luxray knows Ice Fang and I don't want to use a ground type, I have Toxicroak use Mud Bomb which lowers Luxrays accuracy but it isn't enough as Luxray uses Thunder Fang and nearly kills Toxicroak, I then switch out to Gabite who is immune to Thunder Fang and manages to take out his Luxray with Dig and luckily enough Ice Gabite missed due to his Luxrays accuracy being lowered. Next came his Electivire, I had Gabite set up Sand Storm to take advantage of Gabites Sand Veil ability so Electivire struggled to land a hit and then I trapped Electivire in a Sand Tomb, as Electivire took hit after hit because of the Sandstorm and Sand Tomb, I healed Torterra and Toxicroak before Gabite finished off Electivire with Dig and finally Torterra took out his Raichu who used Signal Beam with Dig and soon the final gym battle of Sinnoh was over.

Tomorrow is Victory Road and then it's the elite four and champion. I'm very nervous.

Here's what happened today.

Gabite evolved into Garchomp and I caught one more pokemon, a Rhyhorn at Victory Road. Then I took on the rival Barry one last time. Static took out his Staraptor with Thunder Fang, Piebald took out his Heracross with Aerial Ace, Toad took out his Snorlax with Revenge, Cerberus took out his Roserade with Flamethrower, Koopa took out his Floatzel with Razor Leaf and Fang took out his Infernape with Dig. All six pokemon got a go and these will be my main six when taking on the elite four.

Tomorrow is the elite four and champion. Any advice for any of the upcoming battles?

and past experiences in school don't matter that much as a mature student, as least not where I live. I went back to school in my late 20s after having flunked out years earlier...I just had to write a letter basically saying I wasn't in a good place then and had clearer goals now.

The fight against the champion of the Sinnoh region Cynthia herself, did I win?

Well first I sent out Fang against her Spiritomb which was difficult to take out due to Spiritomb lacking type weakness and Dark Pulse hitting hard but I had Fang use Sandstorm as usual and use Dig, eventually Spiritomb was taken out but Fang nearly died.

Immediately afterwards, Cynthia sends out her own Garchomp which is the biggest threat yet, I send out Piebald who uses Fly while her Garchomp uses Flamethrower and Dragon Rush, I had to keep healing Piebald but eventually after a while, enough Flies took Garchomp out and the main threat was gone.

Static killed Togekiss with Thunder Fang but took alot of damage from Aura Sphere and i needed Static to be fully healed to take out Milotic so I sent out Toad with the intention of sacrificing Toad just to heal Static and Fang but Toad survived Milotics Surf and so I healed Toad, eventually Milotic just kept spamming Mirror Coat that did nothing while Toad used Revenge and while Milotic did use one Ice Beam, one more Revenge from Toad killed Milotic without Statics help.

By that point on, i knew I was gonna win. Cerberus took out her Roserade with Flamethrower despite being poisoned by Sludge Bomb and finally I sent out my own starter, Koopa who started off as a Turtwig and became a mighty Torterra, he used Earthquake while Cynthia's final pokemon Lucario used Aura Sphere and Koopa was the one who prevailed.

As soon as Lucario had died, I cheered and knew that I had won my Pokemon Platinum nuzlocke.

I mean like, if you have an idea for a killer app, or a computer program that fills a niche or something that you think would do well, you can set up an AI to do the bulk of the work for you in making it. Like other anon said, you still would need to know a little basic coding to guide it along, but you don't need to be an expert. And you could start with doing some basic tasks on github to get some practice.

But, it doesn't have to be coding, if you're not interested than that then it's not going to work out. It's just an example of something you could do as a self-starter. The point is, you gotta do something. I know it's hard. But life is just going to get more difficult if you keep sitting around on welfare. Autists don't have an easy time in the workforce, it's true, but they often have areas where they excel at. You just have to find what that is and pursue it with everything you've got.

I went to the battle zone and I caught a Fearow, Banette and Camerupt. Technically cheating with Camerupt because the first encounter was Weezing but they kept using Explode so it's basically difficult to catch and it's not as if it will matter anyway since it's the post game and I'm probably not gonna use Camerupt.

I just began my Pokemon Black Nuzlocke.

My starter is Tepig and I caught a Lillipup and a Purrloin while also receiving a Pansage from a NPC at the Dreamyard.

The battle against Striaton City gym leader Cress was easy. Tepig took out his Lillipup with Ember and Pansage took out his Panpour with Vine Whip.

Afterwards while dealing with Team Plasma, a Patrat used Bide so I decided to sacrifice Lillipup who became my first casualty this run.

I then however caught a Pidove, Tepig evolved into a Pignite and then I caught a Roggenrola at Wellspring Cave and a Timburr at Pinwheel Forest.

Off to a good start.

Today has been mundane but I've lost two pokemon.

I beat the gym leader of Nacrene City Lenora and Pignite was able to take out both her Herdier and Watchot with Arm Thrust.

I lost Timburr to a Clerks Basculin that used Headbutt because I had to sacrifice him to heal Pansage. I don't care as I don't like Timburr and while I caught a Scraggy, I also lost Pansage to a Workers Roggenrola using Mud Slap but I'm not a fan of the elemental monkey so despite 3 losses in only two days, I'm doing fine.

Lost quite alot today.

I did beat the gym leader of Castelia City Burgh but at a lost. First Roggenrola took out his Whirlipede with Rock Blast but then I sent out Pidove against his Leavanny when I should have just sent out Pignite instead. Pidove used Air Slash but Leavanny survived and used Razor Leaf and unfortunately landed a crit killing Pidove and Pidoves death could have been avoided if I just used Pignite who did kill Leavanny with Fire Blast. Finally Pignite killed His Dwebble with Arm Thrust.

Later I lost Scraggy to Cherens Dewott using Razor Shell and while Purrloin evolved into Liepard and I caught a Dwebble at the Desert Resort and then a Yamask at Relic Castle, I then lost both Dwebble and Liepard to a Psychics Sigilyph using Air Slash.

I did pick up a Cover Fossil and revive it at Nacrene City to receive a Tirtouga but then in the battle against N near the ferris wheel, I lost Roggenrola to Ns Sigyliph using Psybeam.

Fuck Sigyliph. Any advice for Elesa?

Today has been alright.

I caught a Minccino, a Gothita and a Swadloon at the Lostlorn Forest.

I then beat the gym leader of Nimbasa City Elesa though I wasn't gonna win without sacrificing a pokemon. Pignite used Rollout and took out both her two Emolgas who all used Aerial Ace and did alot of damage to Pignite so I switched out to Minccino to heal Pignite and sacrifice Mincinno who was taken out by Zebstrikas Spark, I was never gonna use Minccino anyway. Pignite took out Zebstrika with Flame Charge and the battle was won.

I then caught a Ducklett at Driftveil Drawbridge and a Vanillite at the Cold Storage. Gothita and Vanillite are at the daycare.

Any advice for Clay?

Fuck today. I didn't lose a pokemon but still.

I caught a Karrablast and Pignite evolved into Emboar before I took on the gym leader of Driftveil City Clay.

Ducklett took out his Krokorok with two Bubble Beams and Emboar one shotted his ace Excadrill somehow with Flame Charge, his Palpitoed was also taken out in one hit by Swadloons Razor Leaf.

Afterwards I caught a Ferroseed in Chargestone Cave and then i caught a Watchog I did not fucking want. I hate this thing, let me tell you that I wanted a Zebstrika so bad to help against the battle with Skyla and instead I catch this thing and then when I see a grass patch ruffling which means there is an Audino and a chance to gain alot of exp, I encounter Watchog before I could get to it because fuck this game.

Watchog is now my most hated pokemon. Any advice for Skyla?

Here's what happened today.

I caught a Litwick in Celestial Tower before taking on the gym leader of Mistralton City, Skyla in which I had to make two sacrifices.

First Yamask was able to take out Swoobat with Night Shade but it was difficult, then came Unfezants who's Air Slash and Quick Attack made things difficult, I had Vanillite use Avalanche that did do alot of damage but Skyla healed and I knew there was no way Vanillite was gonna take out Unfezant so instead if switching out Vanillite, I had Vanillite take one more Quick Attack and it was dead, then Emboar came out to use Rollout which did alot of damage but kept failing in succession and Unfezant nearly killed Emboar, so I switched out Emboar, my best chance of beating Unfezant and Swanna and switched out to Gothita just to sacrifice her while I heal Emboar, Gothita is stilled by an Air Slash, Emboar comes back in and manages go kill Unfezant with a Rollout and luckily enough the next Rollout kills Swanna in one hit. That battle was hard without an electric type.

After that annoying battle, I got some new evolutions, Swadloon evolved into Leavanny, I caught a Frillish and a Sawk and afterwards Yamask evolved into Cofagrigus and Ducklett evolved into Swanna. Finally I also caught a Swoobat at Mistralton Cave.

Tomorrow is Twist Mountain and then Brycen.

With how bad things where, things are picking up now.

I caught a Drilbur at Twist Mountain and it wasn't long until it evolved into a Excadrill. I also caught a Deerling at Dragonspiral Tower, then a Shelmet and in the Moor of Icirrus, I caught a Palpitoed.

The gym battle against the Icirrus City gym leader Brycen was easy. Excadrill took out his Vanillish with Rock Slide, Emboar took out his Beartic with Flamethrower and Excadrill took out his Cryogonal with Metal Claw. All his pokemon went down in one hit.

Any advice for Drayden?

Here is today's progress.

I catch a Pawniaed and then a Bouffalant before taking on the gym leader of Opelucid City Drayden. I didn't really have a plan because I had no ice types so this is what I did. Emboar used Rollout and it got stronger and stronger taking out both Fraxure and Druddigon, finally Haxorus came out and used Dragon Tail ending the Rollout and forcing Cofagrigus out. Cofagrigus used Will o Wisp to burn Haxorus before I sent out Emboar again to use Flamethrower multiple times while Haxorus burned and kept using Dragon Dance. I was worried but eventually Haxorus was killed by the fire and I have now beaten all 8 gym leaders of Unova.

Now it's time for Victory Road and the Elite Four. Any advice for the Elite Four?

I think I'm subhuman because of my appearance and my disability and my physical body. I feel disgusting. I feel poor and trash. I was raised by trash that abused me and that's why I feel like I'm trash. My mother didn't even breastfeed me and fed me onions milk formula. I was raised on a vegan diet which has fucked my body and made me low in testosterone. Also my head shape is weird and it's permanent. You want to know why? The thing with crypto as an investment is you don't need huge amounts of money. You can start with tiny bits here and there just to try it out. It can take a couple months sometimes to go from low to high or vice versa so I hope you're not in a hurry.
