If you had to hire a delivery mon, you'd probably hire speedy mon or one capable of flight over a slow one like a gulpin. If not, do you want to?A good number of them, Wish Cave (BRT and DX), Purity forest (BRT and DX), Zero Isle East, West and South, Path of no Return and all non Meowth Cinema lv resets in PSMD.
