had a brainstorm and wanted to think; if gens 1 and 2 didn't exist, and instead the first game came out for the gameboy color with all 251 in it from day 1, what would the dex order be? and so, I did this c:I feel like the game would have a completely custom region just based on japan as a whole, with about 12 gyms, 4 elite 4 members, and a multitype champion.
