Looking at fanart of other characters reminded me of anons in earlier threads discussing Jacinthe’s loneliness. The other rank characters all have people who care about them or adore them. Meanwhile Jacinthe has her maid and sbc members who fear her. She was entrusted with Ansha, her dear friend’s daughter, and swiftly delegated her to Lebanne. She doesn’t even have a scene in the same room as the kid kek.Then there’s Diantha, her mentor and only one stated to be her friend but doesn’t show up in game.It feels like Jacinthe is the type to be closer to pokemon than people>battle maniac>cleffa evolves to clefairy with high friendship>there’s a rumor she wants all the clefable for herself>always has luxury balls even in official art(not only a sign of wealth, they’re used to gain friendship with pokemon quickly) when other characters with special balls get regular red ones in official art>kisses her pokeball before every battleShe’s an autist like N all along. She also traps humans in the Jacinthe zone to control them, like how pokemon are walled off in wild zones(though that’s actually justified). Lebanne is also like her pokemon she defeated, caught, tamed to be obedient, and gives orders to, except treated worse than a pokemon kek. In japan, Jacinthe uses the word beloved to describe only Clefable and Lebanne. When she makes Lebanne do 100 battles, it’s like how players do hours of grinding to level up mons. For a lot of humans that’s unbearable, but pokemon are stronger and enjoy battling so they’re fine. If Jacinthe has real friends, it’s her pokemon.
