Latias is the one ZA legendary I won't be hunting, I hunted it way back in the day in OR, got a random shiny in GO during the days when field research gave you legendaries, and got my only dynamax one was a shundo. It was actually my first legendary scan so I just caught it to get it out the way.

This teleporter spot takes the longest to get shinies for some reason. Other areas of this map I can get them to spawn in 5-10 minutes but this one is the only one that regularly takes 20+ minutes.

For the starters? You can only hunt them in the post game DLC, if you mean the LA ones. Chimchar has a quest and after that (and having surf) you can hunt him. Turtwig is in the area with Ursaluna. Piplup is in the sea zone.

What's the reason not to? It's the easiest for the first 150 Pokemon to get Shiny, a 31+ combo with lure and Shiny Charm is way better odds than Masuda Method and Shiny Charm elsewhere. Plus setting Natures is a breeze.
