You have an item that allow Arceus to change it's type into whatever is best super effective type to allow Judgement to always hit for heavy damage. AG is a banlist first and tier second.
Whether or not it's any fun as a tier isn't considered, it solely exists so people can play singles without any specific rules limiting what they can bring or use.
The only time omgon cared about how an AG tier played was generation 9 natdex AG where it degenerated into people using assist to call revival blessing and endlessly revive their pokemon until the opponent ragequits.

Other than that, Anything Goes is deliberately kept as a no rules playground for anything that's banned in regular formats.

If they allow it, it would be reworked into a plate for a type exclusive to Arceus known as "Legend". said type is resistant to all other types, as super effective to them as well. This will cut the animation time of Arceus switching between type for every, fucking, moves in terms of offense and defense. Plus it will double the power of Judgement to be 200+.

Basically, The only way to kill Arceus with that plate is through traps and status conditions (Poison, leech seed, infestation, etc.) and even then, it would outspeeding nearly everyone else.

No, Protean changes the user's type depending on the move they're going to use. Furthermore, it can only change once now as long as they don't switch.

Legends Plates changes Arceus's type and the type of its signature move every time you choose to use Judgment.

Before attacking, it will change its type to a type that's super effective against the opponent.

While you do need to hold an item, it's much stronger than Protean because you hit super effectively every time. I'd even say it's better than Protean before its nerf, because even though you could change types at will, it wasn't a guaranteed super effective move.

Changing types so that 1 move is guaranteed to be super effective against everything besides the Eelektross line is way more broken than Protean ever could be.
With Legends Plate, you ONLY need Judgement to beat all but 1 Pokemon, which said Pokemon is a non problem anyways as its frail as shit anyways. Judgement, Recover, Refresh, and Calm Mind beats everything.
