He's just laughing at how rigged and fake smogon is. You don't need to be personally invested hyper obsessed to just laugh at some dumb shit and go about your day. At this point smogon, if they really are about trying to make Pokemon pvp a balanced experience should be using A.I. to sim battles with meta teams and get some data on match ups. They not only don't do that they completely rejected it. It's all about sekrit club OU mon and not letting things that prevent some asshole from running the same meta teams for a entire generation.
