Showdown is extremely lightweight, lets me build any team I want in an instant, and doesn't waste my time with long animations for every action. It also has a variety of formats beyond simple 3v3 singles and 4v4 doubles. I see no reason to go all-in on Champions for the same reason I see no reason to battle on cart.
