I had the opposite experience. I liked her design a lot but then she's just kind of an annoying joke character who gets on every other character's nerves in the game and it ruined her presentation for me.

Jacinthe (Yukari) works because of her traits, she's beautiful no matter the skin color. Unlike Lenora, which has actual african traits.

I still think her outfit is a problem. And not in a "I'd rather have her naked" way (that's true but completely unrelated) but it clashes way too much with her skin tone in the game's lighting. It genuinely might have looked better on paper or I guess the monitor displaying whatever drawing program the artist used, but it did not fucking work in game.
