trying to plan out a team for a pokemon black playthrough and this has to legitimately be the worst dex they've ever put in one of these games why is nearly every pokemon some derpy objectmon with a lifeless stare?

>>58902218Archeops is one of the few Pokemon I actually looks better in its 3D model. The animation perfectly captures it's prehistoric not yet fully optimized for flying body movements

>>58902154I feel like if you don't plan out teams you just end up using the most common mons you find and make really boring generic teams.I've planned out all my teams for Gens 1-4 and as a result used some really great mons I never would have otherwise simply due to their rarity or them having alternatives that are way easier to get.Slowbro was one of my favorite team members and I never would have used him if I didn't know ahead of time I wanted to cause you can get like 5 other water types way earlier.
>>58902200I didn't say they were bad, they're on my team for a reason, that said it's definitely a case of "these are the least bad I could select" rather than them being mons I'd actually LIKE to use.It's just that on the whole they all feel extremely lacklustre and I don't think the dex has much in the way of aesthetic variety, none of the mons have a lot of character.
