People in the pokemon world should want for nothing and would likely just work in whatever job they want to for fun.It seems to me the only real problems with the setting might be:There's so much wealth that there is starting to be overcrowding, but with the pokemon world's higher compassion for nature, they may be less willing to expand into pokemon's natural habitatsEveryone completely relies on services which could become a problem should those become compromised. People have grown soft and wouldn't know how to handle it if the healthcare or power was shut down. A big one is everyone puts all the pokemon in PCs that can be hacked such as by Team Plasma. In the games you're constantly stopping tragedy from happening but if you failed just once, that might just be it for the pokemon society.
