My own spin on a Mightyena evo uploaded a while back. Made some color edits to turn it from Ground to Steel.

In French translates to “without lords” or “without rulers.”
“With out rulers” in Latin is “Anarchia” or Anarchy.

Their glass-like bodies are filled with a flammable liquid that combusts when they are excited. First stage is based on Based will-o-the-wisp and potion bottles. Second stage is based on a combination of Molotov cocktails, road flares, blown glass, and anarchist/punk or riot-heavy subcultures.
