I'd like it if the series gave us the option to Devolve and Level Down Pokémon. It would be useful for some things.It would also be cool if Pokémon had transformation sequences for when Pokémon Evolve or for some Form changes, the anime did do this a few rare times, but not proper regular transformation sequences like with series that have them.

Milotic probably best represents her interest in rare pokemon but unfortunately thats already Wallace's ace. In the context of gen 4 specifically Spiritomb makes the most sense but its too "evil" to represent Cynthia

Gabite got easier but as a 5% encounter on Victory Road your team will be finished then.
