I wouldn’t go with “iconic”. I’d go with egregious, or notorious. Maybe even infamous. There are rules against “gen wars” that the jannies who were born in the 2000s will attack you with if you badmouth their childhood gen, so let’s just say I personally am not a fan of the Unova games.
