The symbol there is supposed to mean God, but the localization all caught on to the fact that N is the king's reincarnation/descendent (mentioned in a different document), so they improvised and changed it to match his suename. This doesn't really make sense if you scrutinize it a bit, seeing as Harmonia is just Ghetsis's family name and N isn't biologically related to them, so the localizers inadvertently implied Ghetsis would also be the king's descendent.

Again, the redacted character length autism seems to be something purely invented by the localizers to make it seemingly more obvious that N is connected to the king. Even then the Spanish localizers didn’t seem to care.
