>Original Pokédoko Miare Galette-style Galettes>by Hikaru Hakahashi, Yusei Yagi and Kumiko Kondo>Ingredients: 120g of pastry flour, 50g of sugar, 60g of melted butter, 2 egg yolks, appropriate amounts of jam, 1 chocolate pen>Pour the flour and the sugar into a plastic bag and mix it well together, then add the butter and one of the egg yolks and mix that in as well. When it's all mixed, shape the dough-filled bag into a cylinder about 6cm in diameter and refrigerate it for 30 minutes. After the dough has been refrigerated, take it out of the plastic bag and cut it into 8 pieces roughly 1 cm wide. Use a spoon to carve the Miare Galette symbol into each piece, then brush all the pieces with the other egg yolk before baking them in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes. Finally, cover the surfaces around the symbol of each galette with your personal choice of jam, then use the chocolate pen to fill the symbol with chocolate.Get cooking, anons.
