Gen 3/RS 200 is an oft forgotten singles meta that only consists of the 200 Pokemon that were available when Ruby and Sapphire originally released and were the standalone gen 3 titles. With Fire Red and Leaf Green as the only current gen 3 rereleased coming this means the entire Hoenn dex, Umbreon and Eevee and many other Johto Pokemon would be unavailable in a theoretical FRLG only singles meta game. Notably, skarmbliss and ttar are available and while the legendary beasts are available with only their fucked up IV spreads making them mostly non viable. Would you play this meta?

Might be cool, but I think I'd prefer both those formats in doubles as opposed to singles specifically because of the availability of Skarmory and Blissey, plus a level 50 cap so Tyranitar and Dragonite cannot be used.Legendary birds and specifically Zapdos might be an issue, but they all die to Rock Slide and Golem/Rhydon/Marowak exist.
