Kirlia and Gardevoir need Male Gender Differences.

Some other Pokémon need Gender Differences too. Like Machamp, Incineroar, Primarina, Sawsbuck and Lanturn. So basically any Pokémon species of which both Male and Female exist, but whose design has basis in human-like things that are different based on gender or an animal that does have sexual dimorphism.
